Terms of Use

1. The agreement
These Terms govern Dystiny, an answer-first knowledge exploration service operated by Evolved Designs. By searching, creating an account, or purchasing credits, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.
2. What Dystiny provides
Dystiny synthesizes information and may use third-party artificial-intelligence and search services. Answers can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Sources are provided when used, but you remain responsible for checking important information. Dystiny is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, emergency, or other licensed professional advice.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate account information. Do not automate abusive traffic, evade limits, scrape the service, compromise security, infringe rights, submit unlawful content, or use Dystiny to facilitate harm. Honest criticism, disagreement, reporting, research, and good-faith review of Dystiny are permitted and will not by themselves trigger enforcement.
4. Searches and credits
Guests may receive three successful new searches. A new Dystiny account receives one grant of 10 free credits, subject to anti-abuse limits. A credit is committed only after a successful new answer; exact cached answers and reopened stored material do not use a credit. Promotional credits and purchased credits are separate. Purchased credits do not expire. Balances cannot become negative. We may apply capacity and abuse limits to protect availability.
5. Purchases
Credit packs are one-time purchases processed by Stripe. Prices and included credits are shown before checkout. Search-credit purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law. Refunds, disputes, or chargebacks may reverse unused paid credits down to zero; an unrecovered balance may place the account on billing hold. Taxes may apply.
6. Moderation and public paths
Automated safeguards may block unsafe requests or hide a public path after ten unique signed-in dislikes pending review. Customer reports enter a human review queue and do not hide content automatically. Permanent removal, account warnings, suspension, and bans are manual decisions. Administrators may restore, keep hidden, or remove a path from Explore. Hiding a public path does not erase a customer’s private answer, history, saved path, vote, report, or transaction record.
7. Ownership and licenses
You keep rights you hold in your questions. You give Evolved Designs the limited rights needed to process, secure, display, and operate the service. Dystiny’s interface, code, branding, and original materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
8. Availability and changes
We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue features for security, maintenance, legal, or operational reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Material term changes will be posted with a new effective date and, when appropriate, presented for acceptance.
9. Disclaimers and liability
Dystiny is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Evolved Designs disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid Dystiny during the prior 12 months. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation.
10. Disputes and contact
Texas law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Texas have exclusive jurisdiction unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise. Contact support@evolveddesigns.net with questions, notices, or an appeal. We aim to respond to rights and moderation appeals within 45 days.

Privacy Policy

1. Who operates Dystiny
Evolved Designs operates Dystiny. Questions about privacy or requests to exercise your rights can be sent to support@evolveddesigns.net.
2. Information we collect
We collect questions, generated answers, saved paths, feedback, customer reports and optional report details, account email and status, credit balances and ledger entries, purchase references, consent records, service settings, and support communications. For security we process a keyed hash of the connection address rather than retaining the raw address long-term, plus request timing, bot-check results, device/browser signals, and safety outcomes.
3. How we use information
We use information to answer questions, preserve history, transfer guest paths after account creation or sign-in, fulfill purchases, provide Explore, moderate unsafe content, prevent bots and fraud, measure reliability and cost, support customers, enforce these Terms, and meet legal obligations. Public Explore excludes questions that appear personal or identifying and hides paths awaiting review.
4. Processors and sharing
Service providers process information on our behalf, including OpenAI for synthesis and moderation, Stripe for payments, Resend for account email, Cloudflare for Turnstile bot protection, and WP Engine for hosting. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or during a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for targeted advertising.
5. Cookies and local settings
Essential cookies keep sessions secure, distinguish a guest browser, prevent abuse, and connect saved paths. Local browser storage remembers interface settings such as motion and evidence preferences. Dystiny does not require advertising cookies.
6. Retention
Signed-in account history and saved paths remain until you delete them. Guest history and keyed abuse hashes are retained for up to 30 days. Moderation events are retained for up to 12 months. Financial, credit-ledger, purchase, refund, dispute, and consent records may be retained for 7 years. Backups and records required for security or law may persist for a limited additional period.
7. Your choices and rights
Your Account page lets you export or delete Dystiny data. Depending on location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an appeal of a moderation decision. We authenticate requests to protect your account and aim to respond within 45 days. Deletion does not erase records we must keep for law, fraud prevention, financial audit, or the integrity of signed-in feedback; retained records are limited and protected.
8. Security and international processing
We use access controls, one-use tokens, server-side bot verification, keyed identifiers, rate limits, and restricted configuration secrets. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Our providers may process information in the United States or other countries under their applicable safeguards.
9. Age and changes
Dystiny is for adults age 18 and older and is not directed to children. We will post changes here, update the effective date, and request renewed acceptance when a material change requires it.
10. Contact and appeals
Email support@evolveddesigns.net with “Privacy” or “Moderation appeal” in the subject. Include enough information for us to verify and locate the request without sending sensitive identity documents unless we specifically ask through a secure method.
